We offer Swedish massage for relaxation, therapeutic massage for targeted tension and mobility, and couples massage by appointment. Your therapist can blend techniques based on what you need that day.

Your therapist applies focused pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands, or ears that correspond to areas of the body. Most sessions last about an hour and feel deeply relaxing.

Yes — CST is usually performed fully clothed unless it is combined with a massage session. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60, and 90 minutes. Most guests prefer 45 to 60 minutes so the far-infrared warmth has time to reach deeper tissues and support full relaxation.
