You will lie comfortably on the Biomat in a private treatment room. Your session length can be 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes — we generally recommend at least 45 to 60 minutes so the warmth has time to reach deeper layers of the body. The Biomat uses controlled heat. Use care if you have sensitive skin, poor circulation, diabetes, or reduced sensation — burns are possible if settings are too high or sessions are too long.
